Procedure of Registration of B.V.I. Limited Company:

I. Setting up of B.V.I. Limited Company

Client fills in the application form and sends to us with copies of identify card/ passport and address proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s).
We will contact the client in order to confirm all required information has been provided.
We will check if the proposed company name can be used.
Client pays the service fee by cash or bank transfer to our bank account (Hang Seng Bank #265-452193-001 or Bank of China #012-916-0-002670-3).
We will prepare required documents in 1 working day.
We will submit the required documents and fees to B.V.I. Government for application.
A Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by the B.V.I. Government within 8-10 working days.
Client comes to our office to sign the documents, or instructs us to send the documents to the designated place for signatures (*).
Upon completion of the application, we will notify the client to collect the relevant documents.

II. Purchase of Ready-Made B.V.I. Limited Company

Client choose a designated company name from The Latest List of Ready-Made of B.V.I. Limited Comapnies.
Client fills in the application form and sends to us with copies of identify card/ passport and address proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s).
We will contact the client in order to confirm if the chosen company is available and all required information has been provided.
Client pays the service fee by cash or bank transfer to our bank account (Hang Seng Bank #265-452193-001 or Bank of China #012-916-0-002670-3).
We will prepare required documents in 1 working day.
Client comes to our office to sign the documents, or instructs us to send the documents to the designated place for signatures (*).
Upon completion of the application, we will notify the client to collect the relevant documents.
