This is because the Budget announced on February 26, 2025, stated that for residential\/non-residential property transactions with a price of $4 million or below, the Ad Valorem Stamp Duty (AVD) rate is a flat $100. Buying and selling property in a company name now only requires the payment of Ad Valorem Stamp Duty (AVD).
