Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance <sup>(1)<\/sup>, any person or company conducting a trust or company service business in Hong Kong must apply for a TCSP licence <sup>(2)<\/sup>. Therefore, before engaging a company secretary, you must verify whether the secretarial firm holds a TCSP licence.
