Transition Period for New Companies Registry Forms<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. New Companies Registry forms must be used starting June 27, 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\nAlthough the Companies Registry updated 117 documents on December 27, 2023, a six-month transitional grace period is provided. This means old forms can still be used until June 26, 2024 (except for company incorporation forms). After the grace period, starting June 27, 2024, only the updated Companies Registry forms will be accepted.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You should fill in the “<\/b><\/span>BRN” or “CI Number” according to the form’s requirements. Since there is a grace period for the update, <\/b>you only need to follow the specific instructions on the form during the transition. Do not be confused by the Unique Business Identifier (UBI)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> measures or repeat different document numbers.
