Procedure of Registration of Offshore Limited Company:
1.	Client fills in the application form and sends to us with copies of identify card/ passport and address proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s).
2.	We will contact the client in order to confirm all required information has been provided.
3.	We will check if the proposed company name can be used.
4.	Client pays the service fee (please refer to Payment Method).
5.	We will prepare required documents in 4-5 working day.
6.	We will submit the required documents and fees to Government for application.
7.	A Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by the Government within 8-10 working days.
8.	Client must comes to our office to sign the documents.
9.	Upon completion of the application, we will notify the client to collect the relevant documents.

 

Purchase of Ready-Made Offshore Limited Company:
1.	Client chosen a designated company name from The Latest List of Ready-Made of B.V.I. Limited Comapnies.
2.	Client fills in the application form and sends to us with copies of identify card/ passport and address proof of proposed shareholder(s), director(s).
3.	We will contact the client in order to confirm if the chosen company is available and all required information has been provided.
4.	Client pays the service fee (please refer to Payment Method).
5.	We will prepare required documents in 1-2 working day.
6.	Client must comes to our office to sign the documents.
7.	Upon completion of the application, we will notify the client to collect the relevant documents.

(#) Identity card/ Passport/ Visit pass and Address proof of all shareholders and directors should be certified as true copy by Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants or Lawyer.
