Notice for Significant Controller Registry Service (“SCR”):
1.	1) Extra HK$ 200 will be charged for company having more than 2 Significant Controllers.
2.	2) If there is any change of information recorded in the Significant Controllers Registry, client has to inform GENERAL within 3 working days.
3.	3) The SCR service will be valid until a date before the anniversary date of incorporation. The service fee should be settled before 30 days from the date of expiry of service period. Otherwise, GENERAL could terminate the services immediately without further notice.
4.	4) The client shall comply with Companies Ordinances, Taxation and Other Law and Ordinances in Hong Kong and overseas. Otherwise, GENERAL could terminate the services immediately without further notice.
