A limited company is officially ceased only upon receipt of a letter from the Companies Registry clearly stating that “the company is officially ceased on the date of publication of the gazette notice under section 751 of the Companies Ordinance.”

- Submission of documents: We will submit the limited company closure documents to the Inland Revenue Department and the Companies Registry
