- Balance sheet, income statement, accounting books, including general ledger, etc. (if any)
- Bank statements, passbooks and cheque stubs (including cheque, savings, fixed and foreign currency accounts)
- Sales invoices and delivery notes, purchase invoices and receipts
- Expense invoices and receipts (including petty cash reimbursement)
- Salary and MPF records such as employee tax returns, MPF monthly statements, and salary receipts
- Lease agreement, bank loan / overdraft / mortgage document
- Vehicle registration certificate, instalment contract documents (vehicles / machines)
- Auditor's report for the previous year, relevant tax calculation schedules, tax assessment statements and tax payment receipt from the Inland Revenue Department
- Meeting minutes and company secretarial documents (annual return and documents submitted to the Companies Registry)
