What is e-services.cr?
e-services.cr is the short name for the Companies Registry’s electronic services website from 2024 onwards. Website:https://www.e-services.cr.gov.hk. After registering as a CR e-services user, you can incorporate a company online, conduct company searches, check limited company names, and file annual returns via e-services.cr.

After the Companies Registry discontinues “e-Registry”, what will happen to my e-Registry account?
Can I use e-Registry login directly to access e-services.cr for online company incorporation?
Existing e-Registry users can log in to e-services.cr using their original e-Registry username and password, without re-registering for a CR e-services account.
However, after your first login to the Companies Registry Electronic Services Platform, you must follow the instructions to change your e-Registry login password and migrate your e-Registry account details to CR e-services according to the steps.
After completing the e-Registry account login migration, you can use the CR e-services online electronic company incorporation service.
