What is CR e-Services?
CR e-Services is the abbreviation for the electronic services of the Companies Registry’s revamped Integrated Companies Registry Information System launched on December 27, 2023. It is an e-services website providing Companies Registry services 24/7.
ICRIS CR e-Services consolidates the former Companies Registry Online Public Search Service and the e-Registry electronic company formation service under the single name “CR e-Services.”
At the same time, Cyber Search Centre accounts and e-Registry user accounts have been merged into “CR e-Services” accounts.
Benefits of Companies Registry e-Services
The Companies Registry e-Services portal integrates all Companies Registry services into a single website. Users only need one CR e-Services login account to access all one-stop services.
Previously, different CR services were hosted on separate websites, requiring users to register a username and password for each service and navigate between different sites.
